What we produce
These techniques are all in-house, so we can combine them within one order:
- Screen printing (specialising in water-based inks, including puff and discharge).
- Embroidery for logos on caps, hoodies and jackets.
- DTG for designs with many colours or photographic detail.
- DTF transfers.
- Hybrid printing: screen and digital print combined in one design.
We also put together complete merch packages: tees, hoodies, caps and bags, all decorated in one place. You brief one production partner for the whole package. On request, we also unpack, relabel and repack garments, and offer storage and fulfilment.
Blanks: AS Colour, Stanley/Stella or your own
We are an official AS Colour print and embroidery partner, listed on the AS Colour partner page. AS Colour is a New Zealand brand with roots in skate, streetwear and band merch, known for heavyweight, relaxed and faded styles. See AS Colour printing and embroidery.
We are also a Stanley/Stella Official Dealer. Stanley/Stella is a European brand that puts sustainability first, with GOTS-certified organic cotton, recycled materials and a broad range, including kids and baby. See Stanley/Stella printing and embroidery.
We supply the full AS Colour and Stanley/Stella ranges. Not sure which fits your project? Read Stanley/Stella or AS Colour: which brand should you choose?
Have your own blanks or a client’s stock? We print and embroider those too. For caps, bags and other accessories, we also source blanks from other brands.
Minimum order, quotes and terms
The minimum is 10 pieces per design, and you can combine sizes and colours. Every quote is based on your order: styles, quantities, technique, print positions and delivery. Standard credit terms are available for approved accounts.
For small runs from 10 pieces, you can also design and order online in our webshop.
How we work with you
- You send the specs. Artwork, styles, colours, quantities, print positions and the date you need the goods.
- We advise on technique. We tell you which technique and ink suit the design, the garment and the quantity.
- We confirm the details. Before production starts, we check technique, colours, print positions and sizes with you.
- One team from quote to delivery. The same team handles your order from the first quote to shipping.
- A clear delivery date. We agree a delivery date with you and plan production around it.
Delivery within the EU and to the UK
We ship from Nijmegen within the EU and to the UK. All printing and embroidery is done in-house in Nijmegen, the Netherlands.
Many UK clients also need stock in the EU, for tours, EU webshops or warehouses. We produce these orders in Nijmegen and deliver them directly within the EU.
For UK deliveries, our standard is DAP (Delivered at Place): we deliver to the door. The importer is always you or your client, using their own GB EORI number. For every shipment, we provide a commercial invoice showing the customs description and customs value of each item. Read more about working with UK clients.
Capacity
Our workshop runs three automatic screen printing presses and a hybrid screen and digital press. We plan larger runs around the delivery date we agree with you.
